By purchasing a Hollis-Brookline Robotics Raffle ticket, you agree to the following:

 

Official Rules:

• Raffle tickets will be sold starting December 11, 2023 and ending May 4, 2024.

• The drawing will be held on May 4, 2024 at 7:00 PM (UTC) in Room 107 at the Hollis Brookline Middle School.

• Tickets will be sold for $10.00, $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00. Buy Tickets Here!

• The pool will consist of the total cost of all tickets sold.

• One winning ticket will be drawn at random from all the tickets. The holder of that ticket will win the lesser of 100 times the cost of the ticket or half of the total pool.

• Winners do not have to be present and the team will make every effort to contact the winner once the drawing is held.

• Tickets may be purchased by anyone 16 years of age or older.

• Payment to the winner will be made by check.

• Members of Team 1073, may purchase tickets and may win.  

• Mentors on Team 1073, may not purchase tickets and cannot win, to prevent the appearance of impropriety.

• In the event that the winner cannot be reached within 14 days of the drawing of the raffle, their winnings will be donated back to FRC Team 1073.

• The Raffle Committee of FRC Team 1073 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. The value of potential winnings cannot be altered. A change log will be made available for review. Questions or concerns can be posed on the Raffle Questions tab of frc1073.org.

• Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee any prize, and the odds of winning are directly related to the number of tickets sold.

• For the purpose of verification, please retain your ticket stub as a receipt to confirm that you are the winner.

• Winners will be required to provide their Taxpayer Identification Number and will have to sign an acceptance form. Taxes may be withheld per IRS regulations.

• The remaining funds following the drawing of one winner are the property of FRC Team 1073.
